One time a pastor came to my house and said he would like me to come to his church and would like to talk to me about the bible.I said OK but we have to have some rules.He looked at me funny and said what rules? I said we must tell the truth.He says what do you mean? I said can you hold out your hands and fly around the house ?He said no.I said can you jump over my barn ?He said of course not.
So I said OK thats telling the truth lets have a discussion.He said I would like to talk about god and the bible.Without letting him take a breath I said "have you ever seen god ?he stuttered and said well not like you standing here but in my heart.I asked do you know anyone that has seen your god..He made like he did not hear me and started reading something from this bible.Again I stopped him and asked did god write this bible..and again he started stammering--well not actually but it is the word of god.I stopped him and said I thought we were going to tell the truth.If your god did not write your bible then it is not his word ..Its the words of someone else who wrote it.Thats like you writing a letter to the editor and signing my name to it.You can not say I even inspired it.
Its beyond me why the hell christians can not see that- as clear as me,but it is also at the same time an explanation of "brainwashing" that leads to their utter stupidity..
